How a Topupz order is delivered

Choose a game and a pack, then enter the Supercell ID email linked to that village, base or farm. Pay in USD from your Topupz balance.

Returning accounts are often signed in from a saved session, so you may not see a code. If Supercell needs a fresh login, they email a one-time code. Enter it on the order page. After three wrong codes in 24 hours, Supercell blocks that email until the next day.

You can cancel an order from My orders before the code is submitted. After delivery, open the game and confirm the gems or pass. If something looks wrong, contact support with your Topupz order number.
