The Brawl Pass is worth it when you will play enough of the season to claim most of the premium track. Coins, power points, cosmetics, and the pass skin cost more if you try to replace them with gems later.
It is a weak buy if you log in only a few times. Unclaimed premium rewards disappear when the season ends. Gems stay on the account, so a gem pack is the safer purchase for irregular players.
A simple test: open the Pass tab in Brawl Stars and look at how far you got last season. If you usually pass the halfway point, the premium track is the better value. If you stop early, buy gems, or buy Plus only when the bonus bundle is the part you actually want.
